President & Chief Executive Officer

As President and Chief Executive Officer of Swingtech, Jyothi guides the strategic direction and growth of the company. Over the course of the last decade, Jyothi has overseen the company expand its services and capabilities to more than 15 federal agencies. The company has built a complementary portfolio of services that span information technology, human capital and learning solutions, and management consulting. Jyothi has an extensive track record of building and operating successful teams that deliver high value and impact to help customers solve their complex problems. She is a trusted, collaborative, and dedicated advisor that brings more than 20 years of experience in program management, business development, contract oversight, resource management, and most importantly, tremendous customer satisfaction!

Prior to founding Swingtech, Jyothi directly managed forward-facing information technology programs for large federal contracts with the US Marine Corps, Department of Homeland Security, Under Secretary of Defense, Environmental Protection Agency, and Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. Her leadership philosophy drives Swingtech's core principles and is evident in our high customer satisfaction and employee retention rate.

Jyothi holds a Bachelor of Science from India and Masters in Information Systems from University of Maryland. She is an alumnus of the SBA Emerging Leaders Initiative.
